Shipping Rates and Charges
The shipping costs applied during order fulfillment are structured as follows:
- Print Orders: Shipping charges are calculated per order, regardless of the number of prints.
- Framed Print Orders: Shipping charges are calculated per frame.
- Combined Orders: When an order includes both prints and framed prints, the shipping charge for framed prints applies.
Examples
To clarify the shipping charges:
- Multiple Prints: If an order includes five prints, a single print shipping rate will be applied.
- Multiple Frames: If an order includes two frames, the shipping charge will be the sum of the delivery rate for each frame.
- Combined Order (Frames and Prints): If an order includes one frame and two prints, a single frame shipping rate will be applied.
- Multiple Frames and Prints: If an order includes two frames and two prints, the shipping charge will be the sum of the delivery rate for each frame.
Delivery Times
Our delivery times are based on your region and are as follows:

Tracking and Updates
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.
Custom Duties and Taxes
- Domestic Orders: Applicable sales tax will be charged based on your location.
- International Orders: Import duties, taxes, and additional charges may apply and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are typically collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will assist you in getting a replacement or refund.
- Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Note that we are not responsible for shipments marked as delivered but not received.
